Multi-Camera Post-Cut
Receive a Level 1 edit that synchronizes multiple camera angles, balances color, cleans and levels audio, and delivers one polished composite episode file within 72 hours, excluding Sundays.
Choosing between freelance and in-house podcast editing means weighing more than an hourly rate. You need to consider turnaround expectations, revision needs, creative consistency, equipment, management time, and the content your show needs after the final cut. SLAP Studios LA helps creators compare those costs clearly while offering flexible post-production support that can scale from polished edits to a complete content engine.

Flexible editing and production support for creators who need polished episodes, engaging clips, and an efficient publishing workflow.
Receive a Level 1 edit that synchronizes multiple camera angles, balances color, cleans and levels audio, and delivers one polished composite episode file within 72 hours, excluding Sundays.
Build more engaging long-form content with Level 2 editing, researched B-roll, custom graphics, and short-form clips designed for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
Extend editing beyond the timeline with show running, sound design, graphics, B-roll, publishing assistance, and production guidance through a custom full-service package.
Freelance editing can work well when your show has a predictable format and you can manage briefs, feedback, and quality control internally. An in-house hire offers closer day-to-day access but adds recruiting, payroll, software, and management responsibilities. SLAP Studios LA provides a middle path: professional editing support that can expand from a straightforward multi-camera post-cut to advanced clips, graphics, publishing, and growth strategy without building a full internal team.

CEO | Founder
Rick Barrio Dill is the CEO and Founder of SLAP Studios LA, and a world touring musician with the band Vintage Trouble. He built the Studio around one idea: creators should own their brand, not rent it. Years producing his own music and podcasts taught him what creators actually need — not more content, but a system that turns content into revenue. He built that system into SLAP, guiding clients through every stage — from recording and strategy, to marketing and monetization. As CEO, Rick oversees both sides of the business: the Studio, where clients can record with full production support, and the Agency, where SLAP's post-production team edits, clips short-form content, handles publishing management, and email marketing with Meta and TikTok ad support that then connects clients to brand sponsorships and revenue-share deals. He's committed to helping podcast creators, entrepreneurs, and brands anywhere in the world build platforms and processes that generate real income.

Chief Storytelling Officer | Advisor
Anjali Bhimani is Chief Storytelling Officer and Advisor at SLAP Studios LA — a TV, Film, and Voiceover star Actress, and Producer of the award-winning "Puppy Roll" Live Actual Play series. She keeps her seat at SLAP around one mandate: stay close enough to the creator's chair to keep the Studio vibe honest. Years as a working Actress and Producer taught her what creators feel on the other side of the mic, camera, and deadline — pressure most studio decisions never account for. As CSO, Anjali helps shape the creative direction and culture underneath both the Studio and Agency — she's part of the real, working-creator core that gives SLAP its vibe, and effacy. Above all, she's committed to keeping SLAP built by creators, for creators, so it never loses the instincts that made it worth building.

Senior Producer | VP, Content & Affiliate Management
Bri Coorey is the Senior Producer and VP of Content and Affiliate Management at SLAP Studios LA — with hundreds of productions behind her, she's the one who knows what really matters after the cameras stop rolling. Hundreds of sessions taught her that most creators walk in focused on the recording and never ask the real question: where is this content actually going? Bri runs SLAP's creative content pipelines day-to-day, building every video or ad toward an actual destination, not just a finished episode. She also leads Content and Affiliate Management for the Agency, working directly with SLAP's VIP Ambassadors and brand content affiliate partners to guide their content toward real monetization, not just more posts. Bri is who most creators want to work with, and the reason their content has somewhere to go instead of just going out.

Studio Manager | Production Assistant
Asher Freidberg serves as Studio Manager and Production Assistant at SLAP Studios, supporting the team in delivering smooth, professional recording sessions for podcast creators and content producers. He assists with equipment setup, studio coordination, and on-site production needs, helping ensure every session meets the studio's high standards for quality and vibe. Asher's hands-on involvement helps clients experience the seamless, all-in-one production process that SLAP Studios LA is known for in West Hollywood. Committed to supporting creators at every step, he plays an essential role in keeping the studio's day-to-day operations running efficiently for clients across the Los Angeles content community.
Podcast editing rates should reflect the episode length, raw footage volume, number of speakers or camera angles, requested cleanup, revisions, and delivery schedule. A basic audio edit requires less time than a multi-camera video episode with color balance, graphics, B-roll, and social clips. Editors should define what the rate includes, specify revision limits, and price additional deliverables separately so the scope stays clear.
